The Warehouse Inventory Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This position involves tracking inventory, receiving shipments, conducting audits, and cycle counting to ensure stock integrity and availability. The role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and collaborates closely with warehouse staff to optimize inventory processes.
Responsibilities
- Track inventory levels and update records accurately
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy
- Perform cycle counting to maintain inventory integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems and Warehouse Management
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Forklift operation experience
