About the role

Our Facilities team is compose of 2+ people within our Maintenance Department plays a vital role in supporting maintenance, operations, and site reliability by ensuring materials are received, processed, stocked, and readily available when needed.

As a Warehouse & Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for managing material flow throughout the site, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. In this role, you will collaborate closely with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure materials are available to support safe and reliable plant operations. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and warehouse excellence.

You will be accountable for:

  • Receive, process, and stock materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and transactions.
  • Support maintenance and operations teams by picking, staging, and delivering materials for work orders and planned activities.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and maintain safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operations using 5S principles.
  • Process goods receipts, coordinate shipments, and support material logistics across the site.

We offer an at-will employment position based onsite.

About you

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in warehouse, inventory management, materials coordination, or industrial operations is preferred.

Ability to operate forklifts, manage multiple priorities, and work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: $ per hour in the United States. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
