Greenbay Packaging - Warehouse General Labor Job Description
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
Position Summary:
Greenbay Packaging is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Labor Associates to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role involves assisting with material handling, packaging, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Candidates must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain strong attendance.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse
Support packaging and production operations as assigned
Stack, organize, and prepare products for shipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity expectations
Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency
Requirements:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Strong work ethic and reliability required
Punctuality and good attendance are mandatory
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse and production setting
May require overtime or shift flexibility based on business needs
