This role involves assisting with material handling, packaging, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Candidates must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain strong attendance. Job Responsibilities: Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse Support packaging and production operations as assigned Stack, organize, and prepare products for shipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity expectations Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency Requirements: Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screening Strong work ethic and reliability required Punctuality and good attendance are mandatory Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials Ability to perform repetitive tasks Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse and production setting * May require overtime or shift flexibility based on business needs
