Summary:
Location: Pasadena, TX
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: Second shift, 9 AM 6:45 PM, Monday Friday; weekend work possible during high-demand periods
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems
- Locate products in the warehouse and ensure correct item, quantity, and condition
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse leadership
- Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks as needed
- Inspect items for damage, accuracy, and quality before packing
- Use packing materials to secure products and prevent damage during transit
- Label packages correctly and ensure all documentation is complete
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
- Forklift certification requirements
