Associate I (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Allen, TX | Onsite

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, load, and unload materials and finished goods
• Perform picking, kitting, packing, shipping, and receiving tasks
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation
• Conduct cycle counts and update WMS systems
• Ensure proper product storage and organization
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with team members and leadership
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred

Basic math, reading, and writing skills

Strong attention to detail and organization

Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems preferred

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
