Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor — Automotive Glass

Do you thrive on orchestrating people, processes, and quality to move product worldwide? As our Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor, you’ll oversee 10–20 hourly associates who process and ship aftermarket automotive glass to domestic and international customers.

What you’ll own

• Planning and supervision of Distribution Center operations to meet production and quality targets.
• Day-to-day direction of warehouse hourly personnel, including task organization, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost, and quality.
• Issue management: identifying, tracking, and resolving safety, process, and quality concerns.
• Industrial relations activities—guided by HR—implementing corporate policies on employee relations, benefits administration, and management development.
• Customer service enhancements through recommended programs and process improvements in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Distribution Center essentials: Safety/Security, personnel planning and organization, work assignments, hourly workforce management, labor relations, training, and equipment readiness.

• Lead clearly, coach consistently, and analyze problems to root cause.
• Balance people, workload, and equipment to hit daily objectives.
• Use data and floor insights to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.

What you bring

• Strong leadership with proven problem analysis capability.
• Solid supervisory experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with QAD (warehouse management automated system)—or similar WMS—considered a plus.
