Job Title: Warehouse Equipment Operator
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 1st and 2nd shifts, Monday through Friday

As a Warehouse Equipment Operator, you'll support daily warehouse functions by safely handling equipment and managing inventory tasks. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations and maintain high safety standards, contributing to the overall success of the facility.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for:

Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers to move products within the warehouse
Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accurate deliveries
Place inventory into designated rack locations for optimal storage
Utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems to track products accurately
Maintain precise inventory counts and ensure stock correctness
Perform daily inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality
Follow all safety protocols and warehouse policies to prevent accidents
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, supporting overall team success

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Previous experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, or cherry pickers
Current or ability to obtain certification for forklift or reach truck operation
Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Mebane, North Carolina, and offers on-site shifts during either 1st or 2nd shift hours, Monday through Friday. Exact working hours are 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM for 1st shift and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM for 2nd shift.
