As a Warehouse Employee, you play an essential role in Neways logistics process. Your main contribution lies in correctly and safely packaging finished products, ensuring that our customers always receive materials that meet the highest quality standards. In addition, you support other warehouse processes when needed, helping to keep the goods flow error‑free, timely, and efficient. With your accuracy and dedication, you directly contribute to quality, delivery reliability, and a smoothly running operation.

• The work takes place in two shifts:
• Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

This is what you bring to the Team

• Experience in a logistics or production environment with packing is a plus.
• A logistics education (LBO) or comparable practical experience.
• Accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility, and a keen eye for quality.
• Willingness to work with an EPT or forklift (experience is an advantage).
• Resilience and a practical, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues and supervisors.
• Flexibility to support other warehouse processes when needed.
