Our success is driven by a talented and dedicated team that collaborates to deliver exceptional results on every project.Your Role at AcoustiThe Warehouse Driver (Non-CDL) is responsible for ensuring safe and timely delivery of materials to job sites, while maintaining warehouse organization and following company and DOT regulations. This role supports field operations by contributing to job site efficiency and material availability. The ideal candidate will bring reliability, safe driving practices, and strong coordination skills.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain DOT and Acousti truck logsAdhere to delivery schedules and load/unload materials at job sitesMaintain a safe work environment and proper use of PPECommunicate delivery delays or issues with managementLoad, unload, and wrap stock on palletsBuild loads using forklifts and pallet jacksAssist with daily delivery coordinationCount and verify inventory, support product rotation and down stackingMaintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organizationComply with company policies, procedures, and fleet safety standardsPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking for in YouValid Driver's License and DOT Medical Card2+ years of commercial driving experienceSafe driving recordExperience in a warehouse environment (preferred)Strong organizational and decision-making skillsProficiency with forklifts and pallet jacksAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work on foot for 8 hours/dayExcellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detailMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to pass a drug testPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with safety protocols and DOT regulationsExperience with material delivery in commercial or government projectsWhy Join Acousti?At Acousti, we offer more than just a job; we provide opportunities for growth and development in a collaborative, supportive environment.
