The Warehouse Distribution Specialist plays a critical role in executing day-to-day warehouse operations within a fast-paced freight forwarding and logistics environment. This position is responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of cargo, including domestic and international freight. The Specialist ensures compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer requirements while supporting overall supply chain flow and warehouse productivity. In addition to handling physical cargo movement, this role may assist with basic system updates, labeling, and documentation to support visibility and compliance standards. This individual serves as a key contributor to maintaining service reliability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

This role is 100% performed in a warehouse environment, with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and moderate-to-loud noise levels from industrial equipment.
The employee must regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry items up to 25 pounds. Use of hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls is required. May be required to climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
