- Must have experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Interact professionally with customers.
- Respond to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., courteously and effectively.
- Process and input customer orders.
- Produce stock reports to check product availability.
- Coordinate special and last-minute shipping requests with the Traffic and Operations Departments, expediting any order as necessary .
- Provide follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met.
- Prepare shipping and tracing information to customers as required.
- Maintain damage records and back order logs.
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in the administration of the accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes.
