About the Role: We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Crew Member who values efficiency, accuracy, and follow-through. This role is for someone who shows up ready to work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and contributes to a team that prioritizes execution over noise.
Responsibilities
Pull and stage inventory accurately and on schedule
Load/unload trucks efficiently while protecting inventory
Pack and prep materials to ensure smooth event execution
Receive, inspect, clean, and restock returned items
Maintain accurate inventory and flag issues immediately
Perform basic repairs and quality checks as needed
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and workflow-focused
Support event installs and breakdowns when required

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50–100+ lbs (team lifts for heavier items)
Previous warehouse, logistics, or operations experience preferred
Valid driver's license with clean record preferred
Consistent attendance and reliability required
Comfortable with flexible hours (occasional nights/weekends if needed)
