About the Role:

As a Warehouse Coordinator at CBRE, you will play a crucial role within our Supply Chain function, contributing to the maximization of our organizational supply chain effectiveness. You will be responsible for providing essential service and support to the warehouse operations by efficiently handling shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized working environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of merchandise or materials from various vehicles, including cars and trucks.
  • Process and manage shipments, which includes packing, unpacking, scanning, shelving parts, pulling orders, and accurately entering data into inventory control systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse, performing tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Contribute to general maintenance efforts, including light painting, basic carpentry, and fundamental repairs of tools and equipment.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the stockroom and other storage areas, optimizing space utilization by merging existing stock.
  • Perform labeling of materials in strict adherence to established procedures.
  • Conduct audits of warehouse inventory reports through physical checks to ensure precise system accounting and data integrity.
  • Utilize existing procedures to effectively solve straightforward operational problems, exercising discretion within defined parameters.
  • Manage inventory, track shipments, and assist technical staff in locating necessary materials.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks and powered industrial vehicles, including stand-up and sit-down reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
  • Be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on an as-needed basis (typically a few times per week, not daily).
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
  • Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

The minimum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $52,000 annually [or $25.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
