As our Warehouse Coordinator, you will keep our maintenance and manufacturing teams moving by ensuring they always have the right parts at the exact right moment. About the Role:
Master the Warehouse: Oversee all daily stockroom operations, including receiving, scanning, shelving, and issuing parts to field technicians.
Own Hazardous Materials Logistics: Manage on-site chemical storage, coordinate deliveries, inspect chemical cabinets, and track specialized hazardous inventory.
Lead Waste Compliance: Collect, consolidate, and properly package hazardous waste containers from manufacturing processes to maintain absolute compliance.
Manage Safe Disposal: Sort and segregate materials, perform required labeling, execute manifesting, and prepare loads for timely hazardous waste disposal.
Drive Inventory Accuracy: Take control of cycle counts, audits, bin capacities, and system reconciliations using Oracle and Excel.
Fuel Team Success: Ensure materials availability for planned, corrective, and emergency work so maintenance never misses a beat.
Keep Safety First: Maintain clean storage environments, perform Spill Emergency Response duties, and ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Operate Fleet Equipment: Safely navigate our warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and your valid driver's license to pilot the fleet box truck.
Earn Expert Certifications: Complete fully funded, third-party training once hired to become certified in HAZWOPER, DOT, and RCRA.
Partner with Vendors: Coordinate vendor programs like Grainger Keep Stock to keep onsite vending machines fully stocked.
Step up to Lead: Provide on-call coverage, work a monthly weekend rotation, and step in as backup coverage for the Crib Manager.
Qualifications
Required:
Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations, stockroom management, or industrial inventory control.
Hazardous Materials: Direct experience handling, tracking, and processing chemicals or hazardous waste within a manufacturing or facilities environment.
Equipment Operations: Demonstrated experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and driving commercial box trucks.
Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory control software.
Physical Stamina: Ability to safely load, unload, pack, unpack, and move heavy materials daily.
Availability: Ability to provide on-call coverage and work a flexible rotation schedule that includes at least one weekend per month.
Trainability: Willingness and capability to complete mandatory training and earn third-party certifications for HAZWOPER, DOT, and RCRA post-hire.
Preferred:
Advanced Systems: Experience using Oracle for inventory management and tracking.
Compliance Knowledge: Prior understanding of safety compliance standards, chemical segregation rules, and proper waste container labeling.
Emergency Response: Prior experience or training in Spill Emergency Response duties

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $27.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $33.00 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
