Warehouse Coordinator

Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Commerce City, CO
Type: 1 year Contract / Monday-Thursday: 6AM-4:30PM
Compensation: $21/hourly

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operations through interaction with operations management, including activities for inbound, outbound, and kitting areas based on management direction.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met by reporting hazards, using protective equipment, and leading HSE training.
• Perform quality checks for damage, discrepancies, and non-conforming materials, raising issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
• Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label, package, and store items to optimize warehouse space.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products according to customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support staff, ensuring training completion and continuous improvement in quality, safety, and processes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including routine housekeeping and equipment maintenance tasks.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals, working with peers and skilled trades to maintain equipment.

• At least 2+ years of warehouse experience, including inventory management, forklift operation, and PIV experience.
• Ability to work on-site with a schedule of Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting and operating equipment.
