Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for enabling an efficient, compliant, and well-supported day-to-day warehouse operation. You will achieve this by providing support to the Operations Supervisor and drivers through daily route planning, staffing, and training.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the daily operational planning, including executing efficient route preparation,  planning and monitoring to achieve high levels of service performance.
  • Collaborate with customer service, and management by providing essential phone support, resolving routine customer delivery issues, and covering vacant routes or absences as needed.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance by monitoring work flow, procedures, and executing daily metric reporting.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures, acting as an expert-level resource to provide daily support and instruction to the team.
  • Proven ability in problem-solving routine issues related to routing, driver staffing, and common customer service challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
