Job Summary:

Bakery description:

Porto's is an establishment that produces and sells flour-based baked goods made in an oven such as bread, cookies, cakes, pastries, and pies.

Key Responsibilities:

• The duties include, quality control, procuring supplies, packaging and labeling of product. Assistants must maintain quality standards of our baked good products. All baking techniques, routines and recipes must be properly followed in order to make products that are consistent in flavor, texture, and size.

Bakery Duties:

• Assisting with baking cakes, breads, pastries and other bakery products.
• Preparing ingredients
• Measuring ingredients.
• Mixing and kneading dough.
• Operating machinery such as ovens, mixers and moulders.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bakery.

Qualifications:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reliability: Strong attendance record and commitment to punctuality.
• Team Player: Positive attitude with the ability to work well with others.

Pay Rate $18.00hr. Schedule (Days and Time)
