Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control & Material Handling Responsibilities
  • Perform material put-aways of received inventory materials. Ensure items are stored in correct locations and accurately recorded in inventory systems.
  • In a timely manner, pull stocked materials required for active jobs and route materials to the appropriate facility area, with proper documentation, and notification to the area supervisor.
  • Spearhead cycle count initiatives within the warehouse. Perform daily cycle counts and participate in full inventory audits.
  • Maintain stocking levels of consumable materials
  • Support Shipping Department as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills required.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Pioneer's software systems: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.), NetSuite ERP system, and FreightView.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures, freight coordination, and OSHA safety standards.

Work Environment:

  • Work to be performed in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment with regular exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, and various shipping/receiving equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus).
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
