Warehouse Clerk - Multiple Shifts Available

Pay Range: $16.11- $24.17

SUMMARY

Performs duties which may be complex in nature and involve the application of standard procedures to a variety of details requiring some independent analysis. Occasionally exercises judgment in the selection and application of data. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of department and company policies and procedures in dealing with assigned area. Minimum supervision is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains records and prepares reports which may be complex in nature, or require knowledge of spreadsheet or database applications.
• Performs clerical tasks requiring a thorough knowledge of departmental area and corporate policies and procedures.
• Answers telephone inquiries, delivers messages, sorts and distributes departmental mail.
• Resolves nonroutine questions; refers questions with policy and procedure implications to supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School or equivalent

1+ years office experience
