Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will support warehouse operations by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory movements, and ensuring timely communication with carriers, production, and planning teams at our Louisville, Kentucky manufacturing facility.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Create inbound deliveries aligned to production schedules and analyze daily production requirements
Communicate with production managers, team leads, and supply planning to coordinate material flow
Monitor transfer ribbon activity and handling unit stock to ensure accurate system inventory
Manage outbound selections from reports and adjust shipment timing to align with inbound production
Review system opportunities for outbound loading and optimize shipment scheduling
Prepare and print loading documents, shipping manifests, and bills of lading
Reconcile inbound delivery documentation and ensure accuracy of all shipment records
Track and account for unused handling units, resolving discrepancies and missed scans
Partner with inventory control and warehouse leadership to locate and correct unscanned handling units
Run system reports, including bin status and inbound delivery monitors, to ensure inventory integrity
Schedule outbound shipments and coordinate occasional inbound deliveries with carriers
Monitor shipment requests, verify inventory availability, and confirm carrier appointments
Communicate with warehouse dock teams and supervisors to manage capacity and scheduling
Follow up on delayed or missed carrier appointments and resolve scheduling issues
Maintain strong communication with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders including customer service, deployment, and transportation planning
Provide daily updates to carriers regarding preloaded trailers and shipment readiness
Coordinate trailer and equipment needs based on business demand and warehouse capacity
Escalate operational issues and provide updates to warehouse leadership
Ingredients Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer facing role; logistics experience preferred.
Experience maintaining inventory records, reconciling discrepancies, and managing system-based inventory transactions preferred
Proficiency using Microsoft Office systems; SAP experience preferred
Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and with external partners

Compensation
Pay Range:$44,000-$57,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
