General Laborer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of manual tasks, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow all safety and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
Assist with basic production, packaging, assembly, or warehouse tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Operate basic tools and equipment as required
Follow safety procedures, GMPs, and company policies
Assist supervisors and team members as needed
Complete tasks efficiently to meet production or operational goals
Qualifications:
Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic communication skills
