Job Summary


We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Building Maintenance Worker to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our warehouse and facility operations. This role is responsible for performing routine building maintenance, minor repairs, equipment upkeep, and general facility support to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.


Responsibilities


  •  Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the warehouse and facility 
  •  Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs as needed 
  •  Inspect building systems, lighting, doors, shelving, and equipment for safety and functionality 
  •  Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely 
  •  Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs 
  •  Maintain exterior grounds, including snow removal, landscaping, or debris cleanup if required 
  •  Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures 
  •  Support warehouse staff with general facility-related tasks 
Qualifications


  •  Previous building maintenance, warehouse maintenance, or handyman experience preferred 
  •  Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work 
  •  Ability to use hand and power tools safely 
  •  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  •  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift 
  •  Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 
  •  Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification) 
Preferred Skills


  •  Experience working in warehouse or industrial environments 
  •  Mechanical aptitude 
  •  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  •  Good communication and teamwork skills
