DescriptionPosition Title Warehouse & Box Truck Driver non CDLPosition Location Uxbridge MAPosition Schedule 700am - 330pm Monday through FridayCompensation 20.00 - 23hourCompensation depends on skills knowledge education and experience Position Snapshot The Warehouse & Box Truck Driver non CDL is responsible for safely transporting materials components finished goods and supplies between the Uxbridge facility and the external warehouse in Lincoln RI while safely operating a Box Truck. This role supports daily warehouse and production operations by loading and unloading materials maintaining accurate inventory movement following safety procedures and ensuring the company vehicle is operated and maintained in a safe and reliable condition following DOT regulations. This role is also responsible for performing general warehouse duties including picking packing and inventory handling amongst other duties assigned.About you You are a dependable and safety-conscious team player who takes pride in getting the job done right. With a positive attitude and flexible mindset youre always willing to support the team and adapt to changing business needs.A day in the lifeStage load unload and transport finished goods raw materials components and supplies in support of warehouse and production operations.Safely drive the company box truck between the external warehouse and production facility following all DOT regulations state & local traffic laws company policies and safety requirements.Deliver components materials and finished product between the Logistics Center external warehouse and production floor to support daily business needs.Receive move store and replenish materials from the dock through receiving inventory storage kitting and assembly areasPerform warehouse duties when not driving pick kit and prepare materials for movement to production in accordance with work orders inventory requirements and established procedures.Stock organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure materials are stored accurately safely and in designated locations.Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification activities to support accurate inventory records.Inspect materials for visible damage during receiving storage and movement report discrepancies damage or quality concerns as needed.Safely operate forklifts electric lifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment by following standard operating procedures housekeeping standards and safety protocols.Support business needs by remaining flexible and assisting with projects or other duties as assigned.RequirementsWhat you will need3 years of experience in warehouse operations including material handling and inventory movement2 years of experience operating a box truck valid DOT medical card requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid drivers license and current DOT medical card requiredClean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle record MVR checkBasic computer skills required previous SAP experience preferredAbility to use material handling equipment Forklift certification preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately move track and verify materials.Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties including lifting carrying pushing pulling climbing and reachingDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environmentPerks of being part of our teamBlue Cross Blue Shield Medical Insurance - multiple plan optionsBlue Cross Blue Shield Dental InsuranceFSA HSA optionsVision Insurance401k with company match fully vestedPaid Time Off10 company paid holidaysCompany paid disability & AD&D insurance100 paid parental leave after one year of serviceSupplemental insurance plans Identity theft cyber protection additional life etc.Tuition reimbursementMany of our positions offer flexible schedules to meet your needsRelaxed business casual environmentSitStand desks for onsite office positionsFrequent team building activitiesCareer development opportunitiesAbout us Lenze is a global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical drives motion control and automation technology - offering products drive solutions complete automation systems and engineering services and tools from one single source.
