Position Overview
As a Warehouse Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory. You will handle various warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing, counting, and distributing stock items according to established procedures. Our Warehouse Attendants are vital members of the team who help deliver great-tasting Community Coffee to our loyal customers every day.
Key Responsibilities
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Passing score on aptitude test required in lieu of high school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of related experience preferred.
Valid driver's license or government-issued ID.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and manuals.
Competency in using forklifts, hoists, and hand/power tools.
Understanding of mechanical and industrial terminology.
Knowledge of CFR 110, good manufacturing practices, and AIB food safety standards.
Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
Successful completion of a pre-employment physical.
Internal Only: Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources.
