Overview:

As a Warehouse Associate - Wire Cutter, you will support warehouse operations by accurately cutting, labeling, and staging wire based on customer order specifications. You'll operate the wire cutting machine, maintain cutting logs, and ensure safety and efficiency throughout the process.

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
  • Strong attention to detail with consistent performance.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently or in small teams.
  • Proficient in basic math and capable of reading and interpreting measurements.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools/machinery.
  • Forklift experience (training provided if needed).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Basic computer entry skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Steel toe footwear required.
  • Flexibility to work overtime with little notice.
Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Additional Information:
  • Steel toed boots required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
