Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Westfield, IN
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $18.00–$21.00/hour (W2)
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for material movement and inventory activities in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers, receiving and putting away materials, cycle counting, de-crating, picking KTE carts, and operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers when properly trained or certified.
Key Responsibilities
  • Understand material movement and inventory levels and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
  • Perform physical and system-based material movements in a controlled environment, including areas with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls.
  • Process stock transfers, material requests, receiving, and put-away activities.
  • Load and unload trucks as required.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment with appropriate training and certification.
  • Assist with and provide on-the-job training to other warehouse associates as needed.
  • Use the ERP system to perform material management activities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using root cause analysis.
  • Perform cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse material flow and operational procedures.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate them to management.
  • Maintain positive communication and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Complete required training on warehouse and manufacturing processes, company policies, safety procedures, GMP, and ISO standards.
  • Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures, SOPs, equipment guidelines, and department-specific requirements.
  • Comply with FDA regulations, applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, and all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to become certified is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
