Warehouse Associate

National Ramp is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations to ensure an efficient flow of materials and products. As a Warehouse Associate, you will collaborate closely with other team members to receive, store, and distribute products, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment that prioritizes safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and timely.
• Store products in designated locations while ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management to maintain accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the warehouse and report any hazards immediately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or materials handling preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; certification is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Location: Valley Cottage, NY (On-Site), 5 days a week.

Salary: The salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is $21.00-$24.00/hour, plus incentives. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
