FULL DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team in Vernon. This role requires strong warehouse experience, including forklift operation, shipping and receiving, picking and packing, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is required.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
Handle all shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
Inspect, unload, and properly store incoming inventory
Prepare, package, and label orders for shipment accurately
Pick and pack orders with a high level of accuracy
Load and unload trucks as needed
Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts
Use warehouse systems and computers for tracking, receiving, and order processing
Ensure proper handling and storage of all products
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Support team members to meet daily productivity goals
The selected candidate will also possess:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Experience operating a sit-down forklift
Prior warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving
Experience with picking, packing, and order fulfillment
