Role Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, verifying orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role ensures orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently while maintaining organized inventory and supporting general warehouse logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Pick products accurately based on order tickets and fulfillment instructions.
• Pack and stage orders for delivery while ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Verify order contents to ensure accuracy before shipment.
• Assist with preparing orders for driver dispatch.

Inventory & Warehouse Organization

• Maintain organized warehouse inventory and storage locations.
• Support inventory counts and verification processes.
• Ensure products are stored safely and according to warehouse procedures.

Shipping & Logistics Support

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Prepare orders and documentation required for deliveries and transfers.
• Work with warehouse leadership to ensure orders are staged and ready for route launches.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Handle products in compliance with company policies and New York cannabis regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications Required

• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred

• Experience in the cannabis industry or regulated industries
• Familiarity with Metrc
• Experience with Canix or other WMS / ERP systems
• Forklift experience or certification
