Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Rochester, Minnesota!
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday
Shift: 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM 8:00 PM / 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using manual methods and powered industrial equipment
- Receive, count, check, prepare, and record incoming and outgoing shipments
- Pick, assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route materials for shipment or storage
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other PIT equipment as needed
- Complete paperwork, documentation, and data entry using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform routine housekeeping and support warehouse operations as assigned
- Follow all company policies including safety, ethics, and anti-harassment guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with powered industrial equipment strongly preferred
- Ability to operate or willingness to train on warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, etc.)
- Strong math, reading, and mechanical aptitude skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
