WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Warehouse Associate-Receiving in our Cloquet, MN facility, you'll keep product moving from inbound trailers to the right spots in inventory-so orders stay accurate and customers stay happy. This is a full-time, onsite, entry-level role at $21.00/hour. Key responsibilities include: - Unload trailers, break down pallets, receive product into inventory, and put away to stow locations - Replenish pick slots, select product to build orders from load tickets, stretch-wrap pallets, and load outbound trailers - Use the warehouse computer system for receiving and shipping transactions to support inventory control - Operate powered equipment (pallet jack/forklift) and meet productivity expectations while following safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards Required qualifications/skills: - High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 months warehouse experience - Pass Lift Truck Operator Training Course test; read/write/speak English; basic math (including rates/ratios/percent) - Able to work in freezer/cooler/dry areas; frequent lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally 100+)
YOUR SHIFT SNAPSHOT
You'll work Monday–Thursday 10:00AM–6:30PM, with Fridays starting at 7:00AM until the work is finished. Expect a steady rhythm: inbound shows up, you get it checked in, then it's on to moving product through dry, cooler, and freezer areas. You'll bounce between hands-on work and quick screen time to keep transactions clean. It's a busy warehouse-loud at times, cold in spots, and always in motion-so you'll stay on your feet, work with your team, and keep your area neat as you go. By the end of the shift, you'll know exactly what you helped accomplish: product in the right place, orders ready to roll, and a safer, cleaner dock for the next round.
