Warehouse Associate & Product Disassembly Technician
Position Overview
Artisan Technology Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate & Product Disassembly Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with technical productdisassembly and preparation for resale. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and enjoys working both physically and methodically with equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Organize incoming inventory accurately and efficiently
- Load and palletize inventory in accordance with company standards (including operating a forklift as needed)
- Pick and prepare inventory to fulfill customer orders
- Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
- Identify and suggest improvements to warehouse processes and workflows
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating smoothly on a daily basis
Product Disassembly & Processing - Safely and methodically disassemble industrial and electronic equipment
- Research and verify product information using online resources
- Photograph inventory and prepare items for listing and sale
- The ability to manage workflow while staying organized.
- Maintain organized workflows and track progress across tasks
Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Ability to manage workflow and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks
- Forklift experience (preferred)
- Basic understanding of standard warehouse procedures
- Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Traits - Mechanically inclined or comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Curious and resourceful when researching technical products
- Reliable, consistent, and safety-conscious
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team improvements

Compensation & Benefits - Starting wage: $19.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
