JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate in Greer, SC.

Schedule: Mon-Fri
Times: 8am-5pm
One hour lunch break

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate includes:
  • Accurately pick and pack orders based on pick orders.
  • Operate forklifts (mainly a cherry picker) safely and efficiently to move, stack, and load/unload inventory.
  • Perform inventory checks and ensure the correct placement of products.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and palletizing as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
REQUIRED Experience and Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with order picking and forklift operation experience
  • MUST have attention to detail skills to match part numbers and location correctly to avoid fees from customers
  • Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [insert weight limit]) and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Physical demands, including lifting of at max 50 lbs., bending, and operating machinery
