Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and materials.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Operate forklifts, rider jacks, box trucks, and company vehicles safely.
• Pull, stage, and organize products for shipment.
• Conduct quality inspections on materials and merchandise.
• Count inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Apply labels, package products, and prepare shipping documentation.
• Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
