Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities focus on performing various functions, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials; picking and filling orders from stock; serving as the point of contact for facility maintenance needs; packing and shipping orders; or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area
Process and deliver regular mail and shipped items
Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and checking in merchandise
Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors
Serve as the point of contact for maintenance issues that arise at the facility
Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer
Assist in counting physical inventory
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust, and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
Complete reports by entering the required information
Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with diverse individuals and to consistently handle interpersonal situations in a professional and respectful manner
Excellent organizational ability to prioritize, organize workload, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and to meet deadlines
Detail oriented and the ability to provide accurate documentation
Solid knowledge of Google Apps platform and the ability to learn new software applications and computer programs
