- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Commercial printing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials
- Pull paper, envelopes, and production materials for the pressroom and finishing/bindery departments
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Package and prepare completed jobs for shipment or delivery
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse
- Support production teams with material movement and job staging
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory management processes
