Warehouse Associate in Liberty Hill, Tx 78642

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Utilize RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and inventory tracking tools as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure products are stored in designated locations and warehouse areas remain organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform general warehouse duties including labeling, sorting, packaging, cleaning, and material handling.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to support daily operations.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred; forklift experience strongly preferred.
- Valid forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, order picking, and material handling is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
