Start your new career as a Warehouse Associate with MAU at our client in Jeffersonville IN. As a Warehouse Associate you will support barrel processing and warehouse operations by ensuring safe equipment operation maintaining quality standards and helping the team meet daily production goals.

What We Offer

17.00 per hour

First Shift - 12-hour rotating schedule

Shift Hours 645 AM - 700 PM

2-2-3-2 rotating schedule 2 days on 2 days off 3 days on 2days off

Temp-to-hire opportunity after 520 hours

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift andor move up to 50 pounds without assistance

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow safety procedures SOPs and operational guidelines

Preferred 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience

What Youll Do as a Warehouse Associate

Follow and promote all safety requirements related to barrel processing and warehouse operations

Safely operate equipment and industrial vehicles

Report safety concerns accidents and near misses immediately

Participate in safety inspections and accident investigations

Maintain a clean organized and debris-free work environment

Ensure daily production goals are met while following safety quality regulatory food safety and environmental standards

Follow standard operating procedures SOPs and company policies

Perform quality inspections equipment operation cleaning and plant maintenance

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency quality and cost control

Contribute ideas to improve daily operations and departmental KPIs

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

Work with leadership to develop skills and improve performance

Maintain professional relationships and contribute to a positive team environment
