Warehouse Associate

Looking to TradeUp? Snyder A/C Plumbing & Electrical is now hiring for a Warehouse Associate. 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team aligned with company goals.
• Build and refine sales processes that drive measurable results and accountability.
• Hire, coach, and mentor sales representatives through ongoing training and development.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and team performance to leadership.
• Partner with the General Manager to align sales execution with business objectives.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a people-first, service-driven approach.
• Stay current on market trends, competitive positioning, and industry best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience implementing scalable sales systems and accountability frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience preferred.
• All candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screen.
