The Meridian Company is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual with a positive attitude to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone working in a warehouse or labor role who wants to break into the HVAC field and build a long-term career.
You’ll start by supporting our warehouse and operations team while learning the trade, with a clear path to train and transition into an HVAC Install Helper role alongside our experienced technicians.

What YOU will do:
- Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and keep the warehouse organized and clean
- Support load-outs and staging materials for HVAC installations
- Assist with fleet maintenance and keep vehicles job-ready
- Safely lift, move, and load equipment up to 100 lbs
- Operate trucks and trailers as needed
- Learn HVAC tools, materials, and installation basics from experienced team members
- Gradually transition into the field as an HVAC Install Helper, assisting with installs and gaining hands-on experience
- Participate in safety training and follow all safety procedures
- Deliver excellent service when interacting with team members and customers
What YOU will bring:
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to handle a physical workload (lifting up to 100 lbs)
