Schedule: Monday - Wednesday and Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Saturday: 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Dependable attendance and consistent punctuality
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work proactively with limited supervision
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred due to frequent customer interaction
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work occasional overtime as needed

Job Duties

• Pump and dispense pavement sealer into customer tanks
• Assist customers with product and material needs
• Load and unload customer vehicles
• Receive, move, and organize warehouse inventory
• Assist with FedEx and freight shipments
• Pick, prepare, and fulfill customer orders
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy
• Organize the warehouse, yard, and storage areas
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas
• Operate a forklift after completing required training
• Complete approximately 30% pumping and yard work
• Spend approximately 35% of the workday on warehouse organization and inventory
• Spend approximately 35% of the workday supporting shipping and order fulfillment
• Perform additional warehouse and yard duties as assigne

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products safely and efficiently. This role combines organization, attention to detail, and teamwork to help maintain productive warehouse environments.
