JOB SUMMARY:
AsaSeniorWarehouse Associate, youwillserveasakeyleaderwithinthewarehouse operation, responsible foroverseeingaspects of inventorymanagement, orderfulfillment, andteamperformance. Your rolewillinvolve process optimization, andmentorship of junior associates toensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
PRINCIPALDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES(ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS):
- Provideguidance,coaching,andperformance feedback todriveengagement andaccountabilityof junior associates.
- Develop andimplement strategicinitiativesto optimizeinventory accuracy,reduce stockouts,and minimize unnecessary overhead andwaste.
- Analyze data on warehouse productivity, order accuracy, andinter-departmentalsatisfaction to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functionalstakeholders, including procurement, logistics, business unitsand backshops,toensurealignment of warehouse activitieswithoverall business objectives.
- Champion continuous improvementefforts, leveraging leanprinciples andtechnology solutions to streamline workflows and eliminatewaste.
- Conduct auditsof records, storage facilities, andoperational procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Serveas asubject matter expert on warehouse operations, providing support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Act asaliaisonbetweenwarehouse staffandmanagement,facilitatingcommunication andresolution of issuesin a timely manner.
- Participate in the onboarding, andtraining of new warehouse personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values.
- Stayinformed about industrytrends, emerging technologies, andbest practices in warehousing and logistics, and proactivelyshare insights with the team.
NON-PRINCIPALDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES(NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highschooldiploma;bachelor's degreein supplychainmanagement or relatedfield preferred or 5 yearsofexperience in supply chainor warehouse operations.
- AdvancedproficiencyininventorymanagementsystemsandMicrosoftExcel.
- Demonstratedleadershipexperienceinawarehouseordistributionenvironment.
- Stronganalyticalskillsandabilitytointerpretdatatodriveprocessimprovements.
- Excellentcommunication,interpersonal,andconflictresolutionabilities.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CertificationinleanorSixSigmamethodologies.
- ExperiencewithWMS(WarehouseManagementSystem)implementationandoptimization.
- Knowledgeofregulatoryrequirementsandindustrybestpracticesforwarehousingandlogistics.
- Abilitytoadministerorparticipateintrainingprogramsforwarehousestaff.
- Flexibilitytoadapttochangingbusinessneedsandpriorities.

This position is designated as a safety-sensitive position because it includes as part of the essential job duties operating equipment and tools on a routine basis. Additionally, the duties of this position concern the service and completion of aircraft, and overall airworthiness of the aircraft. This position is one in which a lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death. For the safety of this employee and others, the employee must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and concentrate for long periods of time while performing safety activities.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The compensation for this position typically falls between $25.00 and $29.00 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for shift differential. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
