Warehouse Associate II – Order Picker (2nd Shift)
Pay: $20.50/hour + $2.00 Shift Differential ($22.50/hour)

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to join a busy distribution center supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping operations. If you have RF scanner experience and enjoy working in a team environment, we want to hear from you!
 
Schedule
2nd Shift

• Sunday: 3:30 PM until work is complete
• Monday through Thursday: 4:30 PM until work is complete
• Overtime is required. Most shifts are approximately 8 hours, with Sundays often extending to 10 to 12 hours based on business needs.

Training

• Training begins at 10:00 AM.

 
What You'll Do

• Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
• Pack and prepare products for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory.
• Stock and replenish warehouse inventory.
• Process customer returns and restock merchandise.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Support receiving and outbound shipping operations.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/PkMS) to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and DEA regulations.

 
Qualifications

• Previous RF scanner experience is required.
• Warehouse, distribution center, or order picking experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English product labels and work instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
