Warehouse Associate - Level 2

Job Responsibilities

  • Comply with all safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and report any safety concerns immediately.
  • Load and unload products by hand; wrap and stack pallets for storage.
  • Pick, pack, and transfer inventory to appropriate storage or shipping locations.
  • Read part numbers and labels with accuracy to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Fulfill various order types (e.g., pick-to-box, carton, sample).
  • Track inventory and promptly report discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Perform basic equipment inspections (e.g., battery levels) and notify supervisors of any issues.
  • Identify and implement small process improvements.
  • Support operations across departments as needed.
  • Accurately complete required paperwork and follow all standard procedures.
  • Operate multiple types of warehouse equipment such as: sit-down forklift, 30/30 lift, manual jack, pallet

jack, RF scan gun.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • General understanding of picking, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Familiar with the types of products handled within the facility.
  • Follows all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Works independently and takes responsibility for tasks.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and handling physical tasks.
  • Basic math and data entry skills.
  • Detail-oriented and error-conscious.
  • Comfortable using equipment such as forklifts, lifts, jacks, RF scan guns.
  • Flexible and eager to learn new tasks and processes.
