Job Summary
The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations through tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, packing, and maintaining a clean work environment. This position does not require forklift experience and is ideal for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical labor.
Key Responsibilities
• Load and unload materials, products, and shipments by hand. • Sort, stage, and organize products within the warehouse. • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. • Perform basic inventory tasks such as labeling, counting, and restocking items. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist with general housekeeping duties. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. • Support warehouse team with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Can adjust.
Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs regularly. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks for the full shift. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
