Warehouse Associate - Distribution Center

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations within our distribution center. This role involves working across multiple departments, including case picking, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating material handling equipment and a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to safely locate, transport, and deliver products, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility
• Assist with staging, loading, and preparing orders for customer delivery
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming shipments from vendors and distribution centers
• Pick customer orders using packing lists, including building, wrapping, and preparing pallets for shipment
• Inspect inventory for damage, defects, or inconsistencies and report issues to management
• Return misplaced or unprocessed items to designated storage locations
• Support inventory control processes as needed to maintain accurate stock levels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in multiple areas within a distribution center environment
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, packing lists, and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to safely lift and/or move up to 40+ pounds on a regular basis
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious work ethic

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse/distribution center setting and may require standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
