Overview:

Location: Northlake, IL
Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Will train on 1st shift for the first two weeks.)
Pay Rate:$15.50/hr (General Labor)

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates with experience in scanning, picking, and working in cold‑storage environments. You’ll help prepare accurate grocery orders while maintaining quality and speed in a refrigerated warehouse.

Skills and Experience:

Responsibilities
  • Scan and pick products accurately using warehouse scanners
  • Work inside a cold warehouse environment (refrigerated conditions)
  • Prepare and stage customer orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
  • Follow all safety and warehouse procedures
  • Support general labor tasks as needed

Requirements
  • E‑Verify required (must be eligible to work in the U.S.)
  • Ability to work in cold temperatures for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Slip‑resistant shoes required
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
