Job Summary
Join the Great Rooms Furniture & Mattresses team as a Warehouse Associate! In this fast-paced role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, organizing inventory, transferring stock, and assisting with deliveries. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors
- Help organize warehouse inventory, materials, and stock
- Assist with picking, packing, and preparing furniture and products for delivery
- Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations
- Help transfer inventory and stock to store locations as needed
- Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading trucks
- Help maintain, clean, and repair warehouse and field assets
- Assist with furniture prep and basic repairs
- Support the management of equipment, products, and supplies
- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced work environment
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Able to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours a day
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work quickly
- Comfortable following instructions and working under direct supervision
- Coachable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license required
