Warehouse Associate 1st Shift Schedule: 1st Shift | 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Pay Rate: $21.50/hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations on first shift. This role requires adherence to safety standards, accuracy in inventory handling, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Candidates will be selected based on resume review. Key Responsibilities
Operate within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
Perform order picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping/receiving tasks
Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
Communicate effectively with shift leaders and team members across shifts
Operate forklifts and/or other industrial equipment as needed
Complete required paperwork thoroughly and accurately
Perform quality control checks to ensure no damaged products are shipped or received
Stage finished products for outbound loading
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience
